April 5 & 6 - 2 pm - 4 pm, Artwork will be received in the Rotunda Gallery of the
Henderson County Public Library, 101 South Main, Henderson, KY
April 16 - 6:30 - 7:45 pm, Reception and awards presentations
June 1 Pick-up of works 2 pm - 4 pm
Entry Fee - A non-refundable fee of $25.00 must accompany the receipt of application.
This fee includes new membership for 2013. There is no fee for pre-paid members of HSA
Eligibility - Any artist 18 years of age or older may submit one work.Work may be two- or three-dimensional, no larger than 40" x 40" including frame, completed within the last 2 years, and framed & wired for hanging. Wrapped canvas need not be framed, but must have a
finished edge. Neither photographs or nudes will be accepted. Sculpture weight limited to 60 lbs. All entries must be the original work of the entering artist (no prints). Work copied from another artist or instructor, or from a picture or photograph appearing in print, using its composition or essential art elements, is not considered original.
Commission - A charge of 20% will be collected from the sale of artwork.
