February 7 to April 12 Dressed to Match by Emily Gartner
“My new collections give a nod to the 1960’s when British rock was all the rage, my father’s painting business was flourishing, sewing machines were a popular household gift & modernist paintings were considered posh interiors. All of these have  been interwoven into pairing elements of nostalgia with a modern interpretation”.

 

Upcycling classes led by Emily Gartner will be held at the library on March 12 & March 19.

“For the Love of Drawing” is an exhibition where drawings are represented as more than preparatory sketches and scribbles, but stand as finished works of art on their own merits. Enjoy these drawings created by Chris Thomas and his students.
